Three Arrested Over Motorcyclist Murder
Three men have arrested in connection with the murder of a man at a motorcycle club in Co Limerick on Saturday.
A 51-year-old man was shot in the head outside the club, just outside Munroe, at around 15:00 on Saturday.
He was pronounced dead at hospital in Limerick a short time later.
Gardaí investigating the incident arrested three men on Sunday in connection with the death. The men, two aged in their 40s and the other aged in his 20s, remain in custody.
It is understood that the victim was shutting a gate outside the motorcycle club, when he was approached by a man and shot.
Gardaí have appealed for anyone who saw what happened, or has information about the incident, to contact them at Bruff Garda station on 061-382940, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800-666-111 or any garda station.

A missing 24-year-old man has been found "safe and well". Alex Sherwin had been reported missing on Sunday, with garda issuing a public appeal for assistance. No information on Mr Sherwin's whereabouts have been released, but garda said the investigation had now ended. They thanked the public for their help.

Three In Court Following Tipperary Attack
Three of the five men arrested in relation to the shooting and stabbing of two men in Tipperary yesterday are appearing in Roscrea District Court this Thursday morning. The other two men were released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions regarding their detentions.

Former Politician Arrested Over Alleged Murder Conspiracy
A former Co Cork politician has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder. It is understood garda detectives were acting on information when they arrested the as-yet-unidentified man near Cork city on Friday morning. He is being held and questioned at a garda station in Cork and can be detained for up to a week.

A missing 52-year-old man from Cork has been found 'safe and well', garda have reported. John Ryan was last seen in the Shanakiel area of Cork City on Wednesday, 24 May. However, Mr Ryan has now been located and no further action is required.
