Teen Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash In Kilkenny
A 19-year-old man has died in a multi-vehicle crash in Co Kilkenny on Thursday.
Oisin Crotty, from The Rower near Inistoge in south Kilkenny was on his way to work when the crash happened around 8.15am.
It is thought severe fog was to blame for the accident, which happened between Danesfort and Foulkstown.
Another man was taken to St Luke’s General Hospital in Kilkenny and was said to be suffering from “serious injuries”.
And a male van driver also injured in the incident was described as being “serious but stable” after being taken to Waterford Regional Hospital.
Witnesses to the incident are asked to contact gardaí in Thomastown on 056-775 4150.

Woman Killed In Carlow Road Crash
A woman has been killed in a road crash at Leagh, Rathoe. The two car collision happened at around 7.25pm last night on the Carlow to Wexford Road. The female in her 30s was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and passenger of the other car were taken to Kilkenny Hospital for treatment. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
