Woman Killed In Carlow Road Crash
A woman has been killed in a road crash at Leagh, Rathoe.
The two car collision happened at around 7.25pm last night on the Carlow to Wexford Road.
The female in her 30s was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and passenger of the other car were taken to Kilkenny Hospital for treatment. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Man Arrested In Connection With Fatal Road Collision
A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal road accident in Dublin on Friday night. A woman, 40, died when she was hit by a car on the Davitt Road, which fled from the scene. The car, believed to be a Ford Focus, has not been found. Gardai believe the car would have been damaged at the front and the windscreen.

Road Death Toll Growing
Gardaí in Borris, Co Carlow are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred at Ballyine, Co Carlow at 12.45am this morning. A man of 68 was injured when the car in which he was the sole occupant collided with a wall. He was brought to St Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny where he was subsequently pronounced dead.

A woman has been seriously injured following a three-car collision on the N4 Dublin/Sligo Road. The crash occurred on the Edgeworth Road at approximately 5.30pm on Wednesday (7 January).
