Two Arrested After Tallaght Shooting
Two men have been arrested in Dublin in connection with a shooting incident in Tallaght in the early hours of Monday morning.
Gardai said they made the arrests and seized two firearms following the shooting incident, which took place at Hazel Hill, Tallaght at about 12.55am.
During the incident, a number of shots were fired through the window of a house. A man in his 30s who was in the house at the time was uninjured.
Gardai investigating the incident carried out two follow-up searches during the course of which they arrested two men in their 30s and recovered two rifles.
The men are detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 at Tallaght Garda Station.
It is not yet known whether the attack was related to the killing of a man in the Cherry Orchard Avenue area of Dublin at 7am, also on Monday morning.

Teen Arrested Following Firearm Seizure
A 19-year-old man has been arrested by gardaí following the seizure of a firearm in Tallaght, Dublin. He was arrested on the Jobstown Road at approximately 12.40am on Tuesday morning. Gardaí were alerted after a man was seen holding a weapon. The male was chased on foot and gardaí disarmed and arrested him.

Appeal For Witnesses To Tallaght Shooting Incident
Gardaí in Tallaght have appealed for witnesses to a shooting incident at Parkhill West on Monday 18 January. Detectives are searching for a silver Volkswagen Passat that was involved in the incident. It is understood an unknown number of occupants travelling in the Passat fired a number of shots at a 06-D blue Mazda 3 containing two men.

Man Arrested Over Murder Of Michael Devoy
Gardai have arrested a man in connection with the murder of Michael Devoy. The body of the 41-year-old, from Ballymun in Dublin, was found at Foxhill on 18 January 2014. A man in his mid-20s is being held at Tallaght Garda Station for questioning.

At approximately 9.30pm last night, Gardaí observed a black Audi estate car with a partial registration number 151 G driving at speed through Monasterevin over the draw bridge, Main Street and on towards the Kildare Road.
