Appeal Follows Mallow Burglary
Gardaí at Mallow who are investigating a burglary at a business compond at Currymount, Buttevant, Co Cork this morning are appealing to the public for information.
At approximately 6.15am, an unknown number of people broke into the compound and unloaded containers off a truck that was on the premises.
They then loaded aluminium frames onto the vehicle and drove away with their haul.
The truck taken in this burglary is very distinctive and any sightings of it may help solve this case.
It is a white Mercedes, open lorry, registration 96LK1608. 'Leisure Domes Ltd' is written across the front of it.
A spokesman said: "This truck may still be in the local area near Cork but may also have travelled to Limerick, Kerry or Tipperary."
"Any sightings or any other information with regards to this burglary can be passed onto Gardaí at Mallow on 022 31452, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station," the spokesman said.

The collision occurred at approximately 12:55pm on the N20 at Clough Lucas, Mallow, Co. Cork A woman, aged in her early 90s, was taken to Cork University Hospital where she later passed away.
