Body Find Investigated

Gardaí at Rathfarnham are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body of a male in his early 40s at a house on Edmundstown Road.

The grim discovery was made this morning at approximately 10am (Friday 20 March).

Gardai were at the scene this afternoon and the state pathologist has been notified. The scene is currently preserved.

There are no further details at present.

Gardaí in Dundalk are appealing for witnesses following the discovery of the body of a 53-year-old man in Dundalk. The man's body was discovered at about 3am on Monday, 28 September in Kilcurry. Garda have named the man as Martin Mulligan, a family man from the Dundalk area.
