Two Arrested In Connection With Discovered Body
Two people have been arrested in connection with the discovery of a body in Finglas in Co Dublin in January.
Gardaí said one male in his late 20's and a female in her late teens were arrested in north inner city this morning at approximately 7.30am. They are currently being detained under the Offences Against State Act at Finglas and Cabra Garda Stations respectively.
The arrests were made in relation to the discovery of the body of Peter Gunn found on Dunsoghly Lane, The Ward, Co. Dublin earlier this year.
Gardai in Finglas launched an investigation into the discovery of the body, which was discovered dumped on the side of Dunsoghly Lane, a minor roadway in the Ward leading to Finglas and close to the Brock Inn pub, shortly after 9.00pm on the 15th of January.
Gardai said at the time that Mr Gunne's body may have been there for as long as a week.
The area was sealed off following the find, with crime scene examiners from the Garda Technical Bureau arriving on the scene. The State Pathologist was also notified of the discovery.

Body Found In Co Donegal
Gardai have launched an investigation after a body was discovered in Bundoran, Co Donegal, this morning (25 April). The body, believed to be a man aged in his 60's or 70's, was found near the shore in the West End of the town. It is believed the body remains at the scene.

Finglas Death - Men Released Without Charge
Two men arrested over the death of a 29-year-old man in Finglas have been released without charge. The men were detained by Gardaí investigating the discovery of a body at Spring Mount Apartments, Wellmount Road in Finglas. The men, both aged in their 20s, were arrested on the evening of 11 January in Finglas.

Body Find Investigated
Gardaí at Rathfarnham are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body of a male in his early 40s at a house on Edmundstown Road. The grim discovery was made this morning at approximately 10am (Friday 20 March). Gardai were at the scene this afternoon and the state pathologist has been notified.

Gardaí investigating a murder have arrested a man in connection with the case. The man - who is in his 30s - was held this morning and is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at Finglas Garda station in the probe in the killing of Peter Gunn.
