Another Arrested As One Is Released In O'Halloran Investigation
A third man has been arrested by gardaí investigating the fatal shooting of Stephen O' Halloran.
He is 19 years old and is presently detained at Tallaght Garda Station under section 30 of The Offences Against The State Act.
The arrest was made in the Tallaght area on Thursday.
Meanwhile a 20-year-old man, and the first person arrested in relation to the investigation, has been released without charge.
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to his detention.
Mr O'Halloran, 20, was gunned down as he sat in a car at Kilmartin Drive, Tallaght, Dublin 24, on January 19.

Missing Tallaght Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A man who had been missing from the Tallaght area has been found 'safe and well', Garda have reported. 30-year-old John Rodgers was reported missing on 11 July. However, Garda said John has now been found and thanked the public for their assistance.

Teen Arrested Following Firearm Seizure
A 19-year-old man has been arrested by gardaí following the seizure of a firearm in Tallaght, Dublin. He was arrested on the Jobstown Road at approximately 12.40am on Tuesday morning. Gardaí were alerted after a man was seen holding a weapon. The male was chased on foot and gardaí disarmed and arrested him.

Cannabis with an estimated value of €400,000 has been seized in Co Donegal. Members of the Revenue and Gardaí uncovered the drugs during a search at Castlefin on Tuesday. Garda arrested a man in his 30s in connection with the find.
