Man Arrested In Tallaght Murder Investigation
A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Vincent Parsons in Dublin on Saturday.
The victim, aged 34, was assaulted outside a pub in Killinarden and discovered at a nearby estate with serious head injuries a short time later.
He was pronounced dead at Tallaght Hospital on Monday evening.
Police said the individual is being detained at Tallaght Garda Station where he ca be held for up to 24 hours.

A man who had been missing from the Tallaght area has been found 'safe and well', Garda have reported. 30-year-old John Rodgers was reported missing on 11 July. However, Garda said John has now been found and thanked the public for their assistance.

Teen Arrested Following Firearm Seizure
A 19-year-old man has been arrested by gardaí following the seizure of a firearm in Tallaght, Dublin. He was arrested on the Jobstown Road at approximately 12.40am on Tuesday morning. Gardaí were alerted after a man was seen holding a weapon. The male was chased on foot and gardaí disarmed and arrested him.

Man Shot In Leg At His Dublin Home
A man was shot in the leg at his home in Dublin last night. The man, in his 30s, was shot at a number of times, at his house in Tallaght, south Dublin, according to Gardai. He was taken to Tallaght Hospital, and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. The victim was shot at three times in the leg at his front door.

Second Arrest Made In Alan O'Neill Murder Investigation
Garda investigating the murder of Alan O'Neill in Tallaght in May this year have arrested a second man. A 21-year-old man was arrested in West Dublin on Tuesday evening and is currently detained at Tallaght Garda Station. It follows the arrest of a 23-year-old man in the Midlands area on Tuesday morning.
