Mother Of ‘Scissor Sisters’ Remanded in Custody

The mother of the infamous ‘Scissor Sisters’ has been remanded again into custody in connection with the murder of her African boyfriend.

A book of evidence on 52 year-old Kathleen Mulhall has been served to the mother who so far faces 10 charges in connection with the murder of her Kenyan boyfriend Farah Swaeh Noor.

Ms Mulhall, of St Mary's Park, Carlow, has been charged with withholding information, helping to clean up the crime scene, five counts of giving false information over Mr Noor's whereabouts, and two counts of pretending she did not know his whereabouts.

There was no application for bail and she was remanded in custody until April 22 for service of the book of evidence.

Ms Mulhill’s daughters were convicted of killing of Mr Noor on March 21, 2005, at Richmond Cottages, Ballybough, in Dublin's north inner city.

Mr Noor was murdered and dismembered by the sisters who then dumped most of the man’s remains in the Royal Canal. Some of Mr Noor’s body is yet to be recovered.
