Mulhall Mother Charged Over Noor's Death

The mother of two women convicted of killing Kenyan man Farah Swaleh Noor in Dublin in 2005 has been charged in connection with his death.

Kathleen Mulhall, 54, was charged with aiding and abetting another person in the concealment of a crime at Mountjoy Garda Station on Tuesday night and appeared before Dublin District Court today where she was remanded in custody at Mountjoy Women's Prison until February 20.

Two detectives had travelled to London to interview her and she voluntarily agreed to return to Ireland with them.

Ms Mulhall had been living in the UK for the past few years.

Her two daughters, Linda, 33, and Charlotte, 27, are both serving sentences after being charged in connection with Mr Noor's death.

Mr Noor's body was found in the Royal Canal near Ballybough Bridge in Dublin in 2005. He had been decapitated and his body was dismembered.

The 38-year-old, who had lived in Ireland since 1999, had been dating Kathleen Mulhall at the time of his death.
