Man Arrested Following Stabbing At Dublin Club

A man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident in Kilakee, Dublin on Monday afternoon.

It is understood an altercation broke out between three males and one female at about 3.45pm at the Hell Fire Club.

One of the males was stabbed in the incident and another male, and the female, were assaulted.

All three were treated at Tallaght Hospital before being released on Monday night.

The scene was preserved for a technical examination and a search of the area was conducted by the DMR South Divisional search team.

Gardai investigating the incident arrested a male in his late 20's in the Kilakee area last night and he is currently detained at Tallaght  Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

Men In Court Over Armed Jewellers Robbery
Two men, arrested in connection with an attempted armed robbery at a jeweller's shop in Dublin, are to appear in court today. A spokesman for Gardaí said that, on Thursday, three males entered a jewellery shop, and one was armed with a firearm.

Investigation Launched Into Armed Robbery In Co Meath
An investigation has been launched following an armed robbery at a shop in Kildalkey, Co Meath At approximately 17:45 on Thursday, two males entered a shop armed with a hand gun and an iron bar. They threatened staff and removed an amount of cash before leaving the store. It is understood they were driven from the scene in a waiting car.
