Man Seriously Injured In Dublin Shooting
A man is being treated in hospital after receiving serious injures in a shooting attack in Cabra, Dublin.
The incident happened on the Killala Road at around 7.30pm on Sunday.
The 54-year-old victim, who is known to gardaí, was shot a number of times when he was walking his dog.
He is in a serious condition at the Mater Hospital.
Garda are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A pensioner remains in a serious condition in hospital after he was hit by a vehicle in Waterford City yesterday. The 81-year-old man was struck by a 4a4 vehicle on the Cork Road at approximately 2.30pm. He is believed to be in a serious condition in Waterford Regional Hospital. Gardai are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.

An investigation has been launched after a man was found seriously injured in Dublin on Thursday night. Gardaí have said that the man, who is in his mid-40s, was found at around 21:25 on Tyrconnell Road in Inchicore, Dublin 8. He is being treated at St James Hospital and his condition is described as critical.

A man has been seriously injured in a shooting incident in Termonfeckin, Co Louth, gardaí have reported. According to gardaí the a man in his 40s was reversing his car out of a driveway when a gunman approached the car and fire five shots, three of which hit the victim in the chest, arm and leg.
