Man Seriously Injured In Co Louth Shooting
A man has been seriously injured in a shooting incident in Termonfeckin, Co Louth, gardaí have reported.
According to gardaí the a man in his 40s was reversing his car out of a driveway when a gunman approached the car and fire five shots, three of which hit the victim in the chest, arm and leg.
An investigation is underway to try and establish a motive for the shooting and gardaí in Drogheda have appealed for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them about the shooting which happened at about 9.30 pm yesterday.

Missing 25-Year-Old Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A 25-year-old man who was missing from Harcourt Street in Dublin has been found safe and well, Gardaí have reported. Simon Quinn was reported missing after last being seen at around 2.30am on Monday, 30 July. However, Mr Quinn has now been found and Gardaí said they wish to thank the media and public for their assistance.

Garda Investigate Shooting At Co Cork Home
An investigation has been launched after a shot was fired at a house in Co Cork on Monday. It is understood that armed gardaí responded to reports of a shot being fired at a house in Crookstown. When they arrived an elderly man is understood to have come out and spoken with garda officers at about 19:00.

Gardaí in Cork have arrested three men in connection with a shooting in the city on Monday night. According to gardaí a man aged in his 20s was shot a number of times by a man on a motorbike. The victim is being treated at Mercy University Hospital. Gardí have appealed for witnesses to the shooting, or any one with any information, to contact them.
