Two Teens Arrested In Connection With Murder Of Jason Doogue
Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with the murder of Jason Doogue, 23.
Mr Doogue was shot outside his home in Athy, Co Kildare, on 21 August.
One of the boys, believed to be in his early teens, is being detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act. He is being held at Leixlip Garda Station.
The other boy has been taken to Naas Garda Station and is also being detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act.
A man in his early 40s was also arrested on Friday and is being detained at Kildare Garda Station.

Man Arrested Following Robbery In Greenhills
A man in his early 20s has been arrested following a robbery of an off licence shop on St. James Road, Greenhills, on Wednesday night. At approximately 9.30pm a male entered the premises and demanded cash. He was armed with what was described as a hammer. He left the scene with an amount of cash. No one was injured in the incident.

Five Held After Galway Explosive Seizure
Police in Galway are holding five people in connection with a "significant" seizure of explosives, made yesterday. A reported 17.5kgs of commercial explosives were discovered by officers from the Galway West Division and National Support Units, as part of an ongoing operation against organised crime.

Pair Arrested As Guns And Ammunition Seized In Dublin
Two men have been arrested after Gardaí seized handguns and ammunition in west Dublin. Officers intercepted a car in Clonsilla shortly after 7pm on Sunday 23 June and discovered two handguns and 30 rounds of 9mm ammunition. The two men, aged in their 20s and 30s, are currently detained at Blanchardstown Garda Station while investigations continue.
