Garda Seek Three Men Over Robbery Of Elderly Couple

Garda are searching for three men in connection with the robbery of an elderly couple in Co Wicklow.

An 85-year-old man and his 83-year-old wife were tied up and at least three men ransacked their home at Briarwood, Vevay Road at about 20:15 on Monday.

The couple were left tied up however the elderly woman managed to raise the alarm by smashing a window.

Garda are appealing for anyone with any information to contact Bray Garda Station.

Three Held Over Fatal Limerick Shooting
Three people are being questioned in connection with the murder of a man in Limerick city early this week. Gary Grant, 25, was shot outside a house in St Ita's Street in the St Mary's Park area around 10:15pm on Monday night. He was taken to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital, but died on arrival.
