Two Face Court Over Foiled Dublin Robbery
Two men in their 20's are due to appear in court in relation to an attempted burglary at a shop on the South Circular Road this morning.
The two men were arrested after they were discovered by Gardai at the rear of the shop as they attempted to gain entry at about 2.00am.
Gardaí this morning said there was extensive damage to the rear of the building where the two men had tried to create a hole in the back wall.
When the men were disturbed they tried to escape through the back gardens of houses, however pursuing Gardai were able to apprehend the men after a short chase.
There was nothing taken in the incident.
The men were detained at Kilmainham Garda Station under the Justice Act and released on bail this morning pending the court appearance on February 18th.

Trio In Court Over Armed Robbery
Three men are to appear in court facing charges of armed robbery on a post office in Dublin. The three will appear in court at 10.30am this morning, charged in connection with the attempted robbery at Finglas Post Office on the Monday. Two will appear at Blanchardstown District Court and one will appear at the Juvenile Court in Smithfield.

Two Arrested After Tallaght Shooting
Two men have been arrested in Dublin in connection with a shooting incident in Tallaght in the early hours of Monday morning. Gardai said they made the arrests and seized two firearms following the shooting incident, which took place at Hazel Hill, Tallaght at about 12.55am.
