Arrests After Dublin Armed Robbery

Three men have been arrested and a firearm has been recovered after an armed raid on a pharmacy on South Circular Road in Dublin.

The incident took place at about 2pm on Monday. During the incident, three men, one armed with what appeared to be a handgun entered the pharmacy.

An alarm call allowed armed Gardai who were on patrol in the area to respond to the incident.

The three men one in his 20s, one in his 30s and one in his 40s were then arrested at the scene.

They are detained at Kevin Street and Kilmainham Garda stations under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.

No shots were fired and nobody was injured during the incident.

Man Due In Court Over Tiger Kidnapping
A 23-year-old man is due to appear in Tallaght District Court at 10.30am tomorrow to be charged in connection with the a tiger kidnapping incident that occurred last week. Shortly after the kidnapping and robbery on Tuesday last, investigating Gardaí carried out an intelligence led operation, which resulted in the arrest of three people.

Three Arrests Following Armed Robbery In Cork
Three people have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery in Cork. Two masked men armed with knives stole a sum of cash at a petrol station on Leitrim Street at around 8.30pm on Thursday night. The men made off from the scene in a car which was driven by another man and also had a female passenger.

Trio In Court Over Armed Robbery
Three men are to appear in court facing charges of armed robbery on a post office in Dublin. The three will appear in court at 10.30am this morning, charged in connection with the attempted robbery at Finglas Post Office on the Monday. Two will appear at Blanchardstown District Court and one will appear at the Juvenile Court in Smithfield.
