Irish Stars Lose Their High Class Cars
It seems even the rich and famous aren't safe from the recession.
Irish beauty and former Miss World, Rosanna Davison (pictured) and rugby star Gordon D'Arcy have had their luxury BMW cars withdrawn.
Both are 'brand ambassadors' for the luxury German car manufacturer, but international player D'Arcy has been asked to hand back his €50,000-plus BMW 325 Coupe.
Meanwhile, Davison, a daughter of crooner Chris De Burgh, has had to downsize, from an Audi TT Roadster for a less expensive A3 Cabriolet.
BMW has confirmed that it has withdrawn the cars from the stars, although they have all been given the option to buy.
