Six Due In Court Over Cannabis Find
A total of six men are to appear court this Thursday morning over the seizure of €200,000 worth of cannabis.
The men are to appear at Sligo District Court charged with drugs and immigration offences at 10.30 a.m.
A total of eight people were arrested in connection with the seizure on Tuesday. A seventh man was released without charge on Wednesday evening and a female remains in custody.
The eight were arrested on the 10th of March following a drug seizure in Co.Leitrim
Officers arrested the seven males and one female after the discovery of cannabis plants, which have an estimated street value of approximately €200,000.
The planned search took place at a house in Aughaginny, Drumshambo, Co. Leitrim at approximately 9pm on Tuesday night.

Man Arrested Over €400,000 Cannabis Find
Cannabis with an estimated value of €400,000 has been seized in Co Donegal. Members of the Revenue and Gardaí uncovered the drugs during a search at Castlefin on Tuesday. Garda arrested a man in his 30s in connection with the find.

Gunman Arrested In Dublin
A 21-year-old man was last night in custody following the seizure of a fully loaded handgun and a small quantity of cannabis last night. Gardaí in Dublin arrested the suspect after the revolver was recovered along with around €1,600 worth of cannabis during a raid on a house in the Barry Drive area of Finglas.

Gardaí Seize €5.3m Worth Of Drugs In Co Meath
Up to €5.3 million worth of drugs have been seized following a search operation in Co Meath. As part of a planned operation by Gardaí from Meath Divisional Drugs Unit, officers carried out the search at a property in Clinstown, Stamullen at 2.45pm on Thursday, 29 June.
