Four Held In Connection With The Death Of Darren Guerrine

Two men and two youths have been arrested in connection with the death of Darren Guerrine, 21, whose body was found in Dublin last month in the back of the Jamestown Industrial Estate along the Grand Canal.

The four people are being held at Kevin Street, Kilmainham and Harcourt Terrace garda stations.

Mr Guerrine's body was found by a man on his way to work on February 18, he had been shot once on the back of the head with a shotgun.

Body Found In Co Donegal
Gardai have launched an investigation after a body was discovered in Bundoran, Co Donegal, this morning (25 April). The body, believed to be a man aged in his 60's or 70's, was found near the shore in the West End of the town. It is believed the body remains at the scene.

Over 660 Motorists Found Speeding Over Easter Bank Holidays
More than 660 motorists were caught breaking the speed limit across the Causeway Coast and Glens during the Easter bank holiday weekend – an increase of 22% from 2022. Chief Inspector Sinead McIldowney said: "The Safety Camera Vans were deployed at various locations across the North Coast and the increase in these detections is a worrying trend.
