Man Freed Over Limerick Stabbing Death
A 25-year-old man arrested in connection with Thursday's fatal stabbing in Limerick has been released without charge.
Stephen O'Grady, 45, of Lenihan Avenue was found at a house in the street, in the Prospect area of the city around 2am on Thursday, suffering from serious stab wounds.
He was taken to Limerick Regional Hospital, but was pronounced dead a short time later.
A file on the case is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Man Dies In Limerick Collision
A man has died in a crash in Co Limerick. The car veered off the road and hit a ditch at Dromsallagh at around 4.15am on Sunday, 05 June. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man is currently being treated for his injuries at the University Hospital Limerick. The road has been re-opened.

Body Confirmed As Missing Galway Man
Gardaí have confirmed they have found the body of missing Galway man Adrian Folan. Mr Folan had been missing since last Thursday, when he was last seen in Athlone. Gardaí say that a body found in a disused quarry near the village of Liscannor in north Clare is that of Mr Folan, and that the death is being treated as suspicious.

Limerick Stabbing Investigated
Gardaí are investigating a stabbing incident in Limerick city in which a man was injured. The incident happened around midnight in O'Malley Park in the Southill area. The man was taken to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital Dooradoyle. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

A toddler has died after drowning on a beach in County Waterford. The incident happened on a beach in Boatsrand at around 7pm on Thursday night. The two-year-old was taken to Waterford Regional Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

A man has taken to hospital after being stabbed in Co Wexford. The male, 34, was stabbed at a house on Grange Road at around 9.30pm on Thursday night. His condition is described as serious but stable. Gardai have arrested a 60-year-old man. He is currently being detained at New Ross Garda station.
