Gardaí Conclude Wicklow Search Operation in Missing Women Investigations

Gardaí have concluded a targeted search operation on open ground in County Wicklow, near the Wicklow/Kildare border, which commenced on 15 June 2026.

The search was conducted as part of the ongoing investigations into the disappearance and murders of Jo Jo Dullard and Deirdre Jacob.

The families of both missing women have been informed of the outcome of the operation. Officials have confirmed that the specific results of the searches will not be publicly disclosed due to operational reasons.

An Garda Síochána has issued a renewed appeal to the public for any information relating to the cases. Investigators are urging individuals to come forward, emphasising that no piece of information is too small or insignificant.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Kildare Garda Station on 045 527 730 or any Garda station. Alternatively, individuals who wish to provide information on a confidential basis can contact the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
