Major Drug Seizure Made In Limerick Search Operation

Cocaine, cannabis and MDMA worth more than €140,000 has been seized by Gardaí in a raid in Limerick.

The seizure was made during a search operation in the Castleconnell area of the city on Sunday, 11 August.

They found €120,000 worth of cocaine, €20,000 worth of cannabis herb, along with MDMA and shotgun cartridges.

Two men, aged in their 20s and 30s, were arrested in connection with the seizure and remain in custody at separate Garda stations in Limerick City.

Men Arrested Over Santry Cannabis Seizure
Cannabis worth an estimated €150,000 has been seized from a home in Larchill, Santry in Dublin, on Saturday. Gardaí arrested four men in connection with the find. They are due to appear in court on Monday.

Petrol Bombs Thrown At House In Waterford City
Gardaí have issued an appeal for information following a petrol bomb attack on a house in Waterford city on Tuesday night. At about 3am last night three petrol bombs were thrown at a house on Dominic's Place. There was fire damage to the house but there have been no reports of any injuries.
