Witnesses Sought To Collision Involving Elderly Woman And Dublin Bus
Gardaí have issued an appeal for witnesses to an incident in which an elderly woman was struck by a bus in Dublin.
The incident occurred at approximately 4.50pm yesterday at the entrance to Eamon Ceannt Park on Sundrive Road in Crumlin at around 4.50pm yesterday.
The woman, aged in her 80s, is being treated at St James Hospital, where she is said to be in a serious condition.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Anyone who was in the area between 4:30pm and 5:10pm who witnessed the incident, particularly any road users who may have dashcam footage are asked to make contact.
People have been asked to contact gardaí in Crumlin on 01 666 6200, Sundrive Road on 01 666 6600 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a woman was stabbed in Drumcondra, Dublin. The victim, who is in her 30's, was assaulted by another woman between 5pm – 5.30pm on the Lower Drumcondra Road on Tuesday, 03 January. It is understood the woman was stabbed in the neck during the incident.

The appeal concerns a road accident in which a 78-year-old woman died when a car she was in collided with a second car on the Coast Road, in Malahide. The woman was taken to Beaumont Hospital, but was pronounced dead a short time after arrival.

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses following a fatal road traffic accident in County Waterford on Wednesday, 09 September. A man in his 50s was seriously injured when his motorcycle hit a wall on the R448, near Waterford City, at about 17:15. He was taken by ambulance to University Hospital Waterford where he was pronounced dead.

Body Found In Search For Missing Woman
Gardaí investigating the disappearance of Pamela Kenny have confirmed they have found a body. Ms Kenny, 52, was last seen in Delwood, Castleknock, on Monday (2 March) at around 10.30am. An appeal was launched into her whereabouts. Gardaí have since confirmed the body is that of Ms Kenny.
