Witnesses Sought Following Discovery Of A Man's Body In Kenmare, Co Kerry
Gardaí investigating the discovery of a man's body in Kenmare, Co Kerry on Thursday 24 October have issued an fresh appeal for information.
Last Thursday, garda discovered the body of a man, aged in his 60s, at Clonee, Tuosist, following reports of a "possible road traffic collision" off the main Kenmare to Castletownbere Road.
The man's body was discovered in a ditch close to his car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is believed his car, a black Renault Modus, registration 05-TN, was on the roadside from the previous night and had struck a ditch before coming to a stop.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses and anyone in the vicinity of Tuosist between 9pm Wednesday, October 23 and 7am Thursday, October 24 who may have observed such a vehicle.
Gardaí are also appealing to motorists with dash-cam footage recorded in the area during those times to contact Killarney Garda Station on 064-667 1160 the Garda Confidential Line on 1800-666-111 or any Garda Station.

Missing Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A missing 24-year-old man has been found "safe and well". Alex Sherwin had been reported missing on Sunday, with garda issuing a public appeal for assistance. No information on Mr Sherwin's whereabouts have been released, but garda said the investigation had now ended. They thanked the public for their help.

Body Found In Co Donegal
Gardai have launched an investigation after a body was discovered in Bundoran, Co Donegal, this morning (25 April). The body, believed to be a man aged in his 60's or 70's, was found near the shore in the West End of the town. It is believed the body remains at the scene.

Man Injured In Shooting In Bray, Co Wicklow
Gardaí have launched an investigation after a man was shot in Bray, Co Wicklow, on Thursday evening. The man, believed to be in his 20s, is currently being treated at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin. He is believed to have been shot in the People's Park in Bray at around 5.30pm. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
