Cyclist Dies After Wexford Crash

A man has died in hospital following a crash in County Wexford last weekend.

The cyclist, 34, was cycling on the main road from Adamstown to Carrickbyrne when he collided with a parked motorbike.

He was taken to Wexford General Hospital with serious injuries and later died on Thursday 09 May.

Gardaí are now seeking witnesses to the incident. Anyone with information can contact New Ross garda Station on 051-426030 or the Garda Confidential line on 1800-666-111.

Gardaí have located the body of 30-year-old Karl O'Toole. He has been missing from Enniscorthy, County Wexford since 23 May 2015. Garda confrimed that his body has been located. No further action is being taken.

Female Cyclist Dies In Co Kerry Collision
A female cyclist has died following a crash in Co Kerry. The incident happened on the Dingle to Tralee Road at around 10.40am on Sunday, 21 August. The bicycle she was riding left the road and hit a ditch. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her body has been removed to University Hospital Tralee. The road has since been reopened.

Two Die On Louth And Wexford Roads
A cyclist and a pedestrian have been killed after being hit by cars in Counties Louth and Wexford. A man in his 50s died while cycling when he was hit by a 4x4 at Annaghvacky, Hackballscross, Dundalk, at 4.20pm yesterday. A Garda spokesperson said he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Cyclist Killed In Co Wexford
A 40-year-old male cyclist has been killed in Co Wexford after he was hit by a car on Monday afternoon. The as-yet-unnamed man was struck by a car on the N30 in Moneytucker, Clonroche near Enniscorthy at around 3.45pm yesterday. He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was removed to Wexford General Hospital.

Teenage Cyclist Dies From Injuries Following Collision
A teenager has died in hospital from injuries he sustained in a collision on Sunday, 21 August. The 13-year-old cyclist collided with a car on the main Drogheda to Slane Road at about 8.30pm on Sunday evening. He was being treated at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda however he died from his injuries on Tuesday night, 23 August.
