Arrests Made Over Shots Fired At Dublin Nightclub
Two men have been arrested in connection with shots fired outside a nightclub in Dublin last month.
The incident happened near the entrance to a nightclub at Red Cow on Sunday 28 April.
The men, aged 24 and 26, were detained for questioning under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007 at Clondalkin Garda Station.
They appeared before Blanchardstown District Court this morning, 09 May.

Two women, understood to be aged 18 and 19, reported to garda that they had been seriously sexually assaulted by two men they met in a nearby nightclub, following the concert.

Taxi Seized In Rape Investigation
A taxi has been seized by gardaí following allegations made by a female student that the driver raped her in the early hours of Tuesday morning. According to gardaí a 20-year-old woman has claimed that she was raped by her taxi driver as she tried to make her way home at around 02:00 on Tuesday.

Walsh Agrees Settlement After Being Wrongly Accused Of Sexual Assault
X Factor judge Louis Walsh has agreed a €500,000 out-of-court settlement with the Irish edition of The Sun newspaper, after he was falsely accused on sexually assaulting a man in a Dublin nightclub. Leonard Watters was sentenced to six months in prison in July for wrongly accusing Mr Walsh of groping him in April 2011.

Over 100 Arrests Made In Organised Crime Sweep
113 people have been arrested as part of an operation targeting organised crime. Gardaí carried out some 236 planned searches across the country in relation to the investigation. Around 4,200 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €3.5 million were seized at five grow houses in counties Cork, Meath, Wexford and Dublin yesterday.

Two Arrested Following Supermarket Raid
Two men have been arrested following a raid at a supermarket in the Clarehall area in Dublin last night. At around 10.30pm, two men armed with a knife entered the premises on the Malahide Road and threatened two members of staff, before tying them up and attacking them. The pair then left the scene with a sum of cash.
