Gardaí Appeal For Help To Find Missing Limerick Woman

Gardaí are appealing for public assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a 23-year-old woman from Limerick.

Rachel O'Donoghue was last seen at her home on Hyde Road, Prospect, Limerick at around 11.55pm on Tuesday 11 December.

She is described as being 5'5" tall, with black hair and green eyes.

Human Remains Confirmed As Missing Limerick Woman
Human remains found in Galway Bay on 29 November have been confirmed as those of missing Limerick woman, Maria Hennigar. The 35-year-old was reported missing on 22 November, although she had not been seen earlier that month.

Woman Dies After Being Hit By Car In Dublin
An elderly woman who was hit by a car in Dublin has died in hospital. The incident occurred on the Navan Road at around 8.15am on Sunday, 04 September. The driver of the car was arrested and taken to Finglas Garda Station. He has been released and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

Garda Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Co Limerick Road Accident
An 82-year-old woman has died in a road accident in County Limerick. Gardaí said the woman was crossing a road at about 17:45 on Sunday in Croom, when she was hit by a car. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was injured.

A woman has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in Limerick on Monday. Christy Keane was shot a number of times in the chest and arms. He is currently in a serious but stable condition in hospital.

Investigation Launched Following Bone Discovery In Co Clare
An investigation has been launched following the discovery of a bone in Co Clare. A bone was found on Thursday, 22 September, on the Shannon riverbank at Doonass, Clonlara, on the Clare-Limerick border. Gardaí were called to the scene and are understood to have examined and photographed the scene before the bone was removed.
