Three Men Arrested In Connection With Bank Holiday 'Rampage'

Three men, aged in their 20s, have been arrested in connection with a series of attacks on Monday, 01 August.

The attacks in Ashbourne, Co Meath, have been described as a "rampage" by garda.

They carried out a series of dawn raids in Dublin north inner city.

A woman and five men were injured in a series of assaults.

Three of the injured men required hospital treatment, with one man suffering a fractured skull.

The suspects are being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act and can be held for up to 24 hours without charge.

Three Arrest Over Youtube Driving Video
Three men are being questioned by gardaí and two cars have been seized after a video posted on YouTube showed a group of young men from Nenagh, Co Tipperary, driving dangerously on a country road. The video, clearly displays the registration plates of the cars along with the faces of the young men involved, who are each identified by nickname.
