Man Charged In Connection With Gareth Hutch Murder

A man has been charged in connection with the murder of Gareth Hutch in Dublin last week.

Mr Hutch, 35, was shot at around 10am by two gunmen as he got into his car in the Avondale House Apartment complex on Tuesday, 24 May.

The 29-year-old suspect was charged on Tuesday evening and appeared before Criminal Courts of Justice today, 01 June.

Gardaí investigating the murder of Gareth Hutch on Tuesday have renewed an appeal for information on a car suspected of being connected to the crime. A silver Skoda, registration 05 D 15049, was seen on Sean McDermott Street around 10am on Tuesday, 24 May. It was later found burnt out in the Dudder Cross area of Finglas.

Man Arrested In Gareth Hutch Murder Investigation
Gardaí have arrested a man, aged in his 30s, in connection with the fatal shooting of Gareth Hutch. Mr Hutch was shot dead on Tuesday 24 May at the Avondale House flats on North Cumberland Street. Gardaí believe that his murder may be linked to an ongoing feud between Dublin criminal gangs.

Garda Appeal For Information On Murder Of Derek Hutch
An investigation has been launched into the murder of Derek Coakley-Hutch at a halting site in Dublin on Saturday, 20 January. The 27-year-old is the fourth member of the Hutch family to be killed in two years. The other three are said to have been victims of a feud with the Kinahan family.
