Garda Appeal For Information On Car Connected To Gareth Hutch Murder

Gardaí investigating the murder of Gareth Hutch on Tuesday have renewed an appeal for information on a car suspected of being connected to the crime.

A silver Skoda, registration 05 D 15049, was seen on Sean McDermott Street around 10am on Tuesday, 24 May.

It was later found burnt out in the Dudder Cross area of Finglas.

Garda are hoping to establish the movements of the car before and after the shooting of Mr Hutch.

Mr Hutch was shot and killed in an incident at Avondale House Apartment complex, off Parnell Street.

Dublin Shooting Investigated
Gardaí are investigating a shooting at a flat in Ballybough, Dublin, which took place in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Shots were fired at the property just after 2am, but no-one was injured in the incident. The incident is being investigated by Gardaí from Fitzgibbon Street Garda station.

Man Arrested Over Dublin Body Find
A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Dublin last week. The body of Kevin Molloy was found at his home in Glendhu Road in Cabra, Dublin, on Sunday 01 February. Investigating garda said they believed Mr Molloy's body had laid undiscovered for some time.

Man, 49, Injured In Sligo Assault
A man has been injured during an assault, after a dispute in County Sligo last night. Gardai in Sligo said they are investigating the "serious assault", which occurred at a walkway connecting Stevens Street car park and Rockwood Parade last night. The injured man was found lying near the walkway and the Garavogue River at about 9pm.
