Men Charged Over Post Office Robbery
Four men have been officially charged with the armed robbery of a post office in Urlingford.
The men were arrested on Monday afternoon shortly after the robbery of the rural post office.
Four masked men has entered the post office just after midday, threatening staff and demanding money.
The men fled the scene with a substantial amount of money. However, responding garda established a roadblock and stopped the men's getaway car.
The men were remanded in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court on Monday 27th April 2015.

A woman has been arrested in connection with an armed raid at a post office in Co Kerry. The suspect was arrested at around 5.30pm in Killarney on Thursday, 04 August. A sum of cash was stolen from Waterville Post Office at around 11am on Wednesday, 03 August. Two men were arrested in the area after the incident.

Three men arrested in connection with an attempted robbery of a Dublin post office have been released without charge. It is understood three masked suspects armed with knives, a crowbar and other implements entered the building on Leonard's Corner at around 12:30pm yesterday, 03 December.
