Arrest Made In James Griffin Murder Investigation
Garda investigating the murder of James Griffin have arrested a man in his late teens.
Mr Griffin (26) died in the early hours of Sunday 16 November, last year.
Garda in Dublin arrested a man on Tuesday in connection with their investigation. He is being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1884.
No further details have been released.

Funding Announced For Regional Airports
News that funding of more than €600,000 has been secured for Kerry Airport has been welcomed, with Fine Gael saying that it highlights "the importance of Kerry Regional Airport as a primary transport link." The news came as part of an announcement of €2 million funding for regional airports, made by Minister for Transport Paschal Donohoe.

Arrest Follows Skerries Body Discovery
Gardaí in Balbriggan have launched an investigation following the discovery of the body of a men in his 50s at a house in Mourne Park, Skerries, yesterday evening. The body was found at about 18:00. The scene is currently preserved for a technical examination and the Office of the State Pathologist has been notified.

A West Dublin teenager has been given a seven years sentence for possession of Heroin at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court today. The 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to possession of €150,000 worth of the drug for sale or supply at his guardian's home on December 9, 2007.
