Four Women Killed In Co Kildare Crash
Four women have died in a road collision in County Kildare.
Another woman was seriously injured in the crash and is currently being treated in Naas General Hospital.
Three 19-year-old women and a 20-year-old were passengers in a car which crashed into a van near Athy just before 10pm on Tuesday night.
The car collided with a van travelling in the opposite direction on the N78.
The two males in the van are also being treated in Naas General Hospital.
The road is currently closed.
Gardai are appealing to witnesses to contact them.

Man Killed In Road Accident In Co Meath
A 31-year-old man has been killed in a road accident in Kilmore, Co Meath. The two car crash happened on the M4 westbound at approximately 1.25am. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His body was taken to Naas General Hospital. The driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.

Fatal Crash In Co. Roscommon
A 56-year-old bus driver has been killed in a crash near Elphin, County Roscommon. The incident involved a Bus Éireann school bus carrying around 30 pupils from Carrick-on-Shannon Community School and a van. Three men in the van are being treated in hospital. It is not believed that their injuries are life-threatening.

Man Dies In Single-Vehicle Crash
A man has been killed in a collision in Galway. The car crash happened at around 2.45am this morning on the Headford to Galway Road. The 31-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. Gardai are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Arrested Over Cash-In-Transit Van Robbery
Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man in connection with a cash-in-transit van robbery early on Friday morning. It is understood that a number of armed men held up the van at about 07:40am on Cork Street in Dublin, making off with a sum of money.
