Man Injured In Shooting In Bray, Co Wicklow

Gardaí have launched an investigation after a man was shot in Bray, Co Wicklow, on Thursday evening.

The man, believed to be in his 20s, is currently being treated at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin.

He is believed to have been shot in the People's Park in Bray at around 5.30pm.

His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Latest Arrest Made In Sinanapayen Inquiry
Another man has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Frenchman Charles Sinanapayen. Gardaí at Bray investigating the fatal shooting of the 32-year-old in Co Wicklow arrested a man in his 20s this morning. He is being held at Shankill Garda Station under the Offences Against the State Act.

Appeal Issued After Shooting Incident In Bray
Gardaí in Bray have appealed for information following a shooting incident in Greystones on Saturday, 12 December. It is understood that shots were fired during an incident at Farrankelly Road at about 11:10 on Saturday. A number of men are believed to have been involved.

Frenchman Killed In Bray Shooting
A 32-year-old man has died in hospital after he was injured in a shooting in Co Wicklow. Charles Sinannnpayen was severely injured in a shooting in Bray on Friday and was pronounced dead at 2am on Monday morning at Beaumont Hospital. Two men in their 20s have been arrested and are being detained under the Criminal Justice Act in Bray Garda Station.

Teenager And Young Child Injured In Alleged Shooting In West Dublin
An investigation has been launched into an alleged shooting incident in West Dublin. According to reports, a teenager and a young child have been injured in an incident that gardaí have said is "ongoing" in the Parlickstown area of Blanchardstown. The area has been sealed off and gardaí are at the scene. Further updates to follow.

Two Held Over Attempted Shooting Attack Released
Two men arrested in connection with an attempted shooting attack in Dublin have been released without charge. The incident occurred at a car park next to the Islandbridge Court Apartments on 1 November. A Honda Civic rammed another car at the scene. Two occupants in the car then ran after the driver of the other vehicle and fired a number of shots.
