Three Arrested In Connection With Murder
Three men have been arrested by garda investigation the murder of Gintaras Zelvys on May 01.
Detectives from Clondalkin Garda Station arrested the three men, two of which are in their late 20s and the third in his mid 30s, on Tuesday morning. They are being held under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.
Gintaras Zelvys was shot dead at Greenogue Industrial Estate in Rathcoole, Co Dublin.
In the ongoing investigation garda have also appealed to the public for information in relation to silver coloured Audi A3 and a Toyota Avensis estate taxi, also silver.
It is understood a partial registration number on the Audi is 05 – TN, and the taxi is 10 – D.

Man Killed In Saggart Shooting
An investigation has been launched into the death of a man following a shooting in Saggart in Co Dublin. It is understood a man in his 40s was attacked at about 23:00 on Tuesday at a house in Botherboy. He was later pronounced dead at Tallaght Hospital. The scene of the shooting has been sealed off pending a forensic examination.

Two men in their 20's have been arrested in connection with the murder of Dean Johnson in Dublin in August. Mr Johnson was shot dead at Neilstown Road, Clondalkin. A number of searches were carried out by gardai in Ronanstown, Clondalkin, Cabra and Kilock and two males were arrested.

Three Arrested In Firearms And Drug Seizure
Three men have been arrested after a firearm and quantity of drugs were seized in west Dublin. Members of the Ronanstown Drugs Unit stopped and searched a car at about 18:50 on Monday in Clondalkin. During the search they recovered a shot gun and seized a quantity of cocaine.

Customs Seize 120,000 Illegal Cigarettes
Cigarettes with an estimated retail value of €57,000 have been seized by customs officers at Cork Airport. Some 120,000 Marlboro cigarettes were discovered in 12 suitcases that had arrived on a flight from Wroclaw, Poland. Garda arrested two men, understood to be Polish nationals, in connection with the find.
