Two Arrested In Connection With Dean Johnson Murder

Two men in their 20's have been arrested in connection with the murder of Dean Johnson in Dublin in August.

Mr Johnson was shot dead at Neilstown Road, Clondalkin.

A number of searches were carried out by gardai in Ronanstown, Clondalkin, Cabra and Kilock and two males were arrested.

The suspects are being held at Lucan and Ronanstown garda stations.

Three Arrested In Firearms And Drug Seizure
Three men have been arrested after a firearm and quantity of drugs were seized in west Dublin. Members of the Ronanstown Drugs Unit stopped and searched a car at about 18:50 on Monday in Clondalkin. During the search they recovered a shot gun and seized a quantity of cocaine.

Two Arrested In Connection With August 2013 Dublin Murder
Gardaí investigating the murder of a man in Dublin in August last year have arrested two men. Dean Johnson was shot dead at Harelawn Green in Clondalkin in August 2013. Gardaí arrested two men, said to be aged in their 20s, in Dublin early on Monday morning. A number of related searches have also been carried out in Dublin and Kildare.

Murder Investigation Underway In Clondalkin
Gardai in Ronanstown have launched a murder investigation following a shooting incident in Clondalkin, Dublin. A 20-year-old male was shot as he sat in a car on Moorfield Avenue around 9pm yesterday. He was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.

Man Killed In Saggart Shooting
An investigation has been launched into the death of a man following a shooting in Saggart in Co Dublin. It is understood a man in his 40s was attacked at about 23:00 on Tuesday at a house in Botherboy. He was later pronounced dead at Tallaght Hospital. The scene of the shooting has been sealed off pending a forensic examination.
