Two Men Injured In Shooting Attack
Two men have been injured in a shooting in Askeaton, Co Limerick last night.
A gang of men pulled up alongside three men in a parked car at the Quays at around 10.15pm.
One man got out of the car and fired a shot through the parked cars front window.
As the three men tried to escape another shot was fired.
Two of the three men were injured in the attack after they were hit by shotgun pellets.
Gardai are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Three Arrest Over Youtube Driving Video
Three men are being questioned by gardaí and two cars have been seized after a video posted on YouTube showed a group of young men from Nenagh, Co Tipperary, driving dangerously on a country road. The video, clearly displays the registration plates of the cars along with the faces of the young men involved, who are each identified by nickname.

Two Men Missing For Almost A Month
Gardai in County Kildare are appealing to the public for assistance finding two men missing since the 23rd July. David Lyndsay, aged 38, and Alan Napper, 39, were last seen at approximately 5.00pm on Wednesday, 23rd July, 2008, at Clane, Co. Kildare. The pair were in a black three door Volkswagen Golf, registration number, 05-KE-11419.

One Dead And One Injured In Dublin Shooting
One man has been killed and another seriously injured in what is thought to be a drug-related gun attack in Dublin. Gardai are investigating the shooting incident, which occured at Summerhill in Dublin at 8.40pm last night. Gardai were called to the scene following the report of a traffic collision and found two men injured in a car.

At approximately 9.30pm last night, Gardaí observed a black Audi estate car with a partial registration number 151 G driving at speed through Monasterevin over the draw bridge, Main Street and on towards the Kildare Road.

A 55-year-old man was shot a number of times as he parked his car in the grounds of the University of Limerick. Two men, aged in their 30s, were arrested early on Wednesday morning in the Limerick area.
