Witness Appeal After Death Of Dublin Man

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following the death of a man in Dublin last week.

Bernard Larkin was found dead last Friday, 12 September, at his home at Richmond Cottages, Dublin 3.

It is believed that he may have been involved in an altercation which occurred on the 28th of August of this year, between 4.30pm and 6.00pm at the junction of Store Street and Talbot Street and earlier in adjoining public houses.

Gardaí investigating the circumstances of the man's death are keen to talk to anyone who may have been in Mr Larkin’s company on the 28th of August, or who may have any information that could be of assistance.

Man Arrested Following Drugs Find
Drugs with an estimated street value of €170,000 have been seized by gardai during a raid on a property in west Dublin. Cocaine and cannabis was found during the raid at a house in Balgaddy. A gun and ammunition were also discovered. A 37-year=old has been arrested and is being detained at Ronanstown Garda Station.

Dublin Shooting Investigated
Gardaí are investigating a shooting at a flat in Ballybough, Dublin, which took place in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Shots were fired at the property just after 2am, but no-one was injured in the incident. The incident is being investigated by Gardaí from Fitzgibbon Street Garda station.

Two Women Arrested In Connection With Cow's Lane Death
Two women have been arrested in connection with the death of a man on Cow's Lane, Dublin on Thursday, 10 September. A man in his 20s died following a violent disorder incident last week. The two women, both aged in their early 20s, are the latest to be arrested as part of the investigation.

Teen Arrested Following Firearm Seizure
A 19-year-old man has been arrested by gardaí following the seizure of a firearm in Tallaght, Dublin. He was arrested on the Jobstown Road at approximately 12.40am on Tuesday morning. Gardaí were alerted after a man was seen holding a weapon. The male was chased on foot and gardaí disarmed and arrested him.

Man Arrested And Firearm Seized
A firearm has been seized and a man arrested in Crumlin, Dublin. According to gardaí, they were investigating reports of criminal damage at Rutland Grove when they witnessed a row break out between a number of men. The firearm was seized from one of the men involved in the row and he was subsequently arrested.
