Pensioner Dies After Co Tipperary Collision

An elderly man has died last night following a collision on the N7 at Carrigatogher near Nenagh in County Tipperary.

The man, who was in his 70s, had been walking along the road at around 7pm on Thursday when he was hit by a car. He died at the scene.

Gardaí at Killaloe are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Man Dies After Tipperary Collision
A man has died after being hit by a truck in Co Tipperary. The incident happened on the N7 at Scragg, Carrigatoher, Nenagh shortly after 1pm on Wednesday. The 76-year-old was taken to hospital after the collision, but died later.

Gardaí have appealed for help in tracing missing Tipperary man John Esmonde. The 38-year-old has been missing since around 22:00 on Wednesday 11 March. When last seen he was wearing a dark jacket, blue denim trousers and a black woollen hat. He is believed to have been carrying a brown shopping bag.

A man has died following a three vehicle collision in Tipperary over the weekend. Gardai at Cashel ,Co Tipperary are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 2.45pm on Friday at Ballinattin, Rosegreen, Co Tipperary.

Tipperary Car Crash Claims Life Of Young Motorist
A motorist in his early 20s has died after his vehicle and a truck collided on Tuesday, according to gardaí. The incident occurred at Kilmastulla, Birdhill, Co Tipperary at 4.15pm. The body of the dead man was taken to Limerick Regional Hospital, where a post mortem examination will take place.

18-Year-Old Killed In Co Tipperary Road Crash
Gardaí have reported that an 18-year-old man has died following a road accident in Co Tipperary. The crash happened at about 21:00 on Sunday night at Junction 22 near Roscrea, on the M7. The 18-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene. A post mortem is to be carried out at University Hospital Limerick.
