Stabbing In Limerick

A man has been stabbed in Limerick.

The 21-year-old was found, suffering from a stab wound to the stomach, in Clarina Park in Ballincurra Weston, just after 1am on Wednesday morning.

Gardaí said that the man was critically wounded in the attack, but was taken to hospital where he is now reported to be in a stable condition.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Gardaí at Roxboro Road Garda station.

Man Dies In Limerick Collision
A man has died in a crash in Co Limerick. The car veered off the road and hit a ditch at Dromsallagh at around 4.15am on Sunday, 05 June. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man is currently being treated for his injuries at the University Hospital Limerick. The road has been re-opened.

Missing 25-Year-Old Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A 25-year-old man who was missing from Harcourt Street in Dublin has been found safe and well, Gardaí have reported. Simon Quinn was reported missing after last being seen at around 2.30am on Monday, 30 July. However, Mr Quinn has now been found and Gardaí said they wish to thank the media and public for their assistance.

Man Dies In Stabbing Incident
A 30-year-old has died and a second man has been injured in a stabbing incident in Tullamore, Co Offaly, shortly after 7am this morning. It is believed there had been an argument in a house in the area and a Polish man was killed. The other man's injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Garda Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Road Accident
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a fatal road traffic collision in Dundalk on Thursday, 10 December. A 69-year-old man died in hospital following the collision on the Inner Relief Road in Dundalk at about 17:00, garda have reported. It is understood the man was driving a car that was involved in a collision with a bus.

Investigation Launches In Shooting In Co Louth
Gardaí in Drogheda have appeal for witnesses to a shooting incident in the Moneymore estate at about 19:00 on Sunday evening. According to garda a man aged in his 30s suffered a gunshot wound to his leg in the incident. He is being treated at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital where his injuries are understood to not be life-threatening.
