Gardaí Investigate Dublin Car Park Fire

Gardaí have launched an investigation after three cars were damaged in a blaze at an underground car park in Dublin on Sunday morning.

It is understood that the fire broke out in the car park of Carrigmore Crescent apartments in the Tallaght area of the city around 3am on Sunday.

No one was injured in the fire.

A fire fighter is being treated in hospital after being injured during a call out at an underground car park located at an apartment complex in Dublin. Five fire engines attended the incident at Abbey Glen Apartments on the Johnstown Road in Cabinteely at about 05:45 on Wednesday morning.

Two Arrested Following Shooting Incident
Two men are being questioned following a shooting attack in Co Clare in which a 21-year-old was injured. The incident took place at the Bunratty Hotel car park in the early hours of Sunday morning. It is believed that up to 20 people may have witnessed the incident. Gardai are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Young Sisters And Father Found Dead In Cork
Two young sisters have been found dead in a house in east Cork this morning, while their father was also found dead nearby after a road crash. A family friend found the girls, who were both under the age of 10, in a house in the Ballycotton area at around 10.30am. The friend contacted gardaí to raise the alarm.

Two Arrested In Connection With Dublin Drug Supply
Two men have been arrested in Dublin as part of a gardaí investigation into the supply of drugs in the city. Gardaí said the men, from Eastern Europe, were arrested by the Ballymun Drugs Unit in an underground car park on Tuesday night. It is understood the drugs, worth an estimated €500,000, were seized during the operation.
