Man's Body Found In Westmeath

The body of a man, believed to be in his 20s, has been found in a camper van in Collinstown, County Westmeath.

The man’s body was discovered in the vehicle at around 4.00am on Thursday morning at Lough Lene in the village.

A man in his late 20s is in custody at Mullingar Garda Station and is being questioned in connection with the incident.

A crime scene examination team from the Garda Technical Bureau has been requested and the State Pathologist has been notified.

Gardai have launched an investigation after a body was discovered in Bundoran, Co Donegal, this morning (25 April). The body, believed to be a man aged in his 60's or 70's, was found near the shore in the West End of the town. It is believed the body remains at the scene.

Man Killed And Two Injured In Tallaght Shooting
A man has been killed and two other men have been injured in a shooting in Tallaght in Dublin. Gardaí say the incident happened on Kilmartin Drive shortly before midnight. Gardaí on patrol in the area, responding to what sounded like gunshots, discovered the body of a 20-year-old man in a car in the driveway of a house.

Shock 'Body In Boot' Case Probed
A man's body has been found in a car boot in Dublin. Gardaí found the body in the car which had crashed at St Joseph's Park, Finglas, in the city on Sunday evening at about 10pm. It is thought that the dead man was in his 20s.
