One Arrest As Gardai Seize Drugs Worth €100k
A man has been arrested by gardaí after a significant drugs seizure with an estimated street value of €100,000.
Officers stopped a car on the Grange Road in Rathfarnham on the afternoon of Saturday 06 April. Upon searching the vehicle they found cannabis worth around €5000.
A man in his 40s was arrested and detained at Rathmines Garda Station.
Gardaí were then granted a warrant to search a house in the Glenmore Court area, where they found cannabis and cocaine worth almost €100k.
The suspect is due to appear in court today, Monday 08.

Cannabis worth an estimated €100,000 has been uncovered in a wooded area in Co Cavan. Gardaí confirmed they made the discovery on Tuesday at Drumgill. No one has been arrested in connection with the find, gardaí have said, adding that the investigation is ongoing.

Men Arrested Over Santry Cannabis Seizure
Cannabis worth an estimated €150,000 has been seized from a home in Larchill, Santry in Dublin, on Saturday. Gardaí arrested four men in connection with the find. They are due to appear in court on Monday.

Gardaí investigating three cannabis seizures in Co Offaly in the past week have arrested two men. Garda officers discovered cannabis plants worth an estimated €250,000 at a premises in Clonmore, Edenderry. This was followed by the seizure of cannabis plants worth an estimated €160,000 found in a vehicle near Tullamore on Thursday.

Woman Charged Over €75k Cannabis Seizure
A 34 year-old woman is due in court following the discovery of cannabis worth €75,000 in Athlone. The suspect is detained at Athlone Garda Station. She will appear before Athlone District Court today, Monday 20 January.

Cannabis Seized In Co Kildare
Gardaí in Co Kildare have seized cannabis worth an estimated €800,000. The find was made during a planned search of a house in Crossmorris on Monday. Officers seized 40kg of cannabis herb in the search. A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the find.
