Off-Duty Garda Injured In Stabbing Incident In Co Limerick

Gardaí have issued an appeal for information following a stabbing incident in Co Limerick on Sunday night.

An off-duty garda officer was stabbed in the hand in an incident at Bruach na Sionna, Castleconnell, shortly after 9pm. He was taken to University Hospital Limerick with what was described as minor injuries.

A man, aged in his 50s, was arrested in connection with the stabbing. He remains in custody at Henry Street Garda Station.

Man Arrested Following Stabbing Incident
A man has taken to hospital after being stabbed in Co Wexford. The male, 34, was stabbed at a house on Grange Road at around 9.30pm on Thursday night. His condition is described as serious but stable. Gardai have arrested a 60-year-old man. He is currently being detained at New Ross Garda station.

Gardaí have issued an appeal for information following a stabbing incident in Limerick City. A man, aged in his 20s, in being treated in hospital for stab wounds he received in an incident at an apartment at Rover Point Apartments in Limerick at about 4pm on Monday, 22 July.

Two Injured In Limerick Stabbing Incident
Two people are reported to have been stabbed in an incident in the Moyross area of Limerick. The incident happened around 9:45pm on Sunday in Pineview Gardens. Two people, one of whom is believed to be a woman in her 30s, suffered stab wounds and have been taken to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital for treatment.

Man Arrested In Connection With Stabbing Incident In Co Limerick
A man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident in Kilmallock, Co Limerick. It is understood that gardaí were called to reports of an incident at a bar on Wolfe Tone Street at about 8pm on Sunday night. Upon arriving at the scene, gardaí discovered three men had sustained stab wounds.

Man Dies Following Fatal Stabbing Incident In Dublin
A man has died following a fatal stabbing in Dublin. The incident happened at St Joseph's Park in Finglas in the early hours of this morning, 06 June. The 33-year-old victim died at the scene. An 18-year-old man has been arrested and is being detained at Finglas Garda Station. A post-mortem is to be carried out later today.
