Man Critical Following Clonmell Collision

Gardaí have issued an appeal for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision at Clonmell on Tuesday, 27 November.

At approximately 6.30pm on Tuesday, a male pedestrian, aged in his 30s, was struck by a lorry on the N24 Knockanore.

The man suffered serious injuries and is in a critical condition in South Tipperary Hospital.

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to contact Clonmel Garda Station on 052 6177640 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.

Appeal For Witnesses Following Fatal Road Accident
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses following a fatal road traffic accident in County Waterford on Wednesday, 09 September. A man in his 50s was seriously injured when his motorcycle hit a wall on the R448, near Waterford City, at about 17:15. He was taken by ambulance to University Hospital Waterford where he was pronounced dead.

Four Killed On Irish Roads This Weekend
A number of separate road crashes this weekend have claimed four lives, including a father and son. John Gallagher, 55, and his 24-year-old son Sean died when their car collided with another vehicle at Burt on Saturday morning. The collision occurred at the junction of Slab Road, Burt, on the Main Letterkenny to Derry Road at approximately 10.

Two Dead In Separate Collisions
Two people have died on Ireland's roads after traffic collisions in Dublin and Kilkenny in the last two days. In the latest incident, a male aged 19 was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a stationary vehicle. His body was taken to Tallaght Hospital.

Man Dead After Co Clare Crash
A man has died following a crash in County Clare this morning. The 23-year-old was taken to Ennis General Hospital after the one-vehicle crash in Lahinch at 1.30am. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. Two women and one man, all in their 20s, were taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries. They were passengers in the car.
