Human Remains Uncovered In Finglas Park

Gardaí investigating the discovery of a dismembered arm in February 2011 have uncovered human remains at Tolka Valley Park in Finglas.

The arm was found on a beach in Dublin six years ago and was identified through DNA testing as belonging to James Nolan.

Mr Nolan (46) was last seen alive in November 2010.

Testing also revealed that the arm was severed from Mr Nolan's body after his death.

It is understood that gardaí launched a search in Tolka Valley Park after they received information about Mr Nolan's death.
