Accenture To Create 300 Jobs

Accenture has announced it is to create 300 jobs in Dublin.

It is understood the roles will be across a variety of technology and design roles, with 100 in the areas of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and the 'Internet of Things'.

The other technology and digital jobs will be spread across Accenture's existing business units, and will include developer positions and data analytics roles.

The new employees will be based at The Dock, the company's new hub in Silicon Docks, around the city's Grand Canal Dock area.

The facility, which officially opened today, 10 February, will be used to develop new services and products for clients in industries including financial services, retail, life sciences, utilities and consumer goods.

Accenture To Create 250 New Jobs
250 new jobs are expected to be created by technology services company Accenture by the end of the fiscal year. The new roles "span a wide range of skills and capabilities and offer opportunities for candidates from experienced executives to entry level, including graduates," the Department of Jobs has said.
