Man's Body Found In Whitechurch, Co Cork
An investigation has been launched following the discovery of a man's body in Whitechurch, Co Cork.
The discovery was made on a farm in Rahaniskey shortly before 17:00 on Thursday, 28 January.
His body was removed to Cork University Hospital where a post-mortem examination along with the formal identification process is expected to take place tomorrow morning.
A garda investigation into the death will be determined by the outcome of the post-mortem examination.

Gardai have launched an investigation following the discovery of a woman's body in a house in Dublin. The body of the 43-year-old was found in a house in Rathgar Road in Rathmines just before midnight on Wednesday. A forensic examination is being carried out and the body remains at the scene.

Gardaí have launched an investigation following the discovery of a man's body in an apartment in Galway City. It is understood that the man's body was found by his flatmate on Monday. According to reports, the dead man is believed to be a 23-year-old from Tullamore in Co Offaly who was studying in Galway City.

An investigation has been launched following the discovery of a man's body in Cork this morning. At about 7am the body of a 29-year-old man was found at a farm house in Shanavagoon, Ladysbridge, Co Cork. According to reports the man had suffered a "number of injuries".

Investigation Launched After Body Found In Carlow
The body of a woman has been found in a house in Carlow. Gardaí say that the body of a 37-year-old woman was discovered at a house in the Craigcullen area of Carlow at about 21:45 on Sunday. The body remains at the scene to allow for a forensic examination. The identity of the woman has not yet been released.
